Very comfortable 👍🏻👍🏻 I’ve been using this mattress for last 4 years, and it’s really comfortable. It gives good support to the back and helps with restful sleep. The foam feels soft yet firm enough to avoid sinking. I wake up fresh without body pain. Overall, great quality and value for money.

Writing the review after 2 years use. (Purchased in 2023), purchasing this for 17k, felt like a good deal, it felt amazing in the first year, then the issues creeped up one by one. Sleep quality worsened, back issues started, The springs made clicking sounds, the sagging came later. The firmness was totally lost by the end of 2nd year of use. I'm a 72kg individual, using the mattress by myself. It's pretty much disappointing. Customer care took 3 weeks to respond to my complaints after calling them again and again for help and support. They later responded and asked me to pay ₹5000 for transportation handling charges, they said they would try to repair it or else send a replacement after 2-3 weeks of processing. I finally thought It's better to dispose this mattress sell it in scrap & buy a better mattress from a reputed brand.

Greeting visitor. I am writing this review after having used this mattress for over 20 days or so. I wouldn't say its the best of all the mattress available in the market, but what it offers with respect to the money spent is just outstanding. Please read the whole review. 1. Day 1 i was kind of upset after looking at the packaging as it was compressed, rolled and sealed just like regular foam mattresses. I was kind of expecting 3 odd people should carry the big mattress and deliver to my home but it was just one person who carried the bundle alone to my home. I just cut open the seal and air tight mattress to observe that it started bulging like balloon but not to the fullest. I though I made a mistake. But as always said "Don't judge the book by its cover". I read the instruction and saw that we need to leave the mattress just like that fro 72 hrs and it should come up to its fullest. Trust me the next day i woke up and i walked to the other room, I was amazed to see the mattress. Not just me all my members were extremely surprised. It has come up to its max and it didn't feel like a regular mattress anymore. its a damn premium mattress. 2. The comfort. I feel it really nice; its medium firm and should be OK for all age category. Well, there are people out there who complaint on it about being hard but nope, it's exactly how it should be. in the summer now, I do not sweat on it at all. though I sweat on the pillow. I really think it work as regulating the temperature. No! its not an AC "Do not mistake". I said it's better compared to other regular and foam mattresses which do not release your heat properly. 3. The materials used is human friendly and I really don't think it should be allergic to anyone. the cushion is great. I love it. 4. You don't need nobody to train you to open this product. all you need to do is to be careful and cut open the airtight poly pack. Remember "DO NOT USE SHARP TOOLS TO CUT THIS" 5. A huge 10 years warranty. what else do you need in this price range..... 6. Delivery was real fast and with proper coordination from the team of WakeUp. cons: 1. its heavy (Well for a mattress to be premium and fitted with box springs, this is expected) 2. its not water proof, neither are others. But, a water proof cover could have been better. It's not a cons actually. its an additional product that should have been made available. Advise: In case you are looking for a mattress; a good mattress; a mattress to fit in your budget and give you the comfort of premium mattresses then don't think again. You should just go for it.
