I dont know the answer but would relate that it is a very nice knife for medium duty. If you use it on drywall or something like that the mechanism will get messed up quickly. For a box cutter etc. (anything that does not powder or is sticky or greasy) it is exceptional. I have about 6 of them that I have given as gifts and everyone loves them (even my son who was using it to score sheet rock and his is a bit testy now) loves it. Switching blades, getting the knife in and out or reversing blades it is exceptional

No it does not come with a clip and no there isn't anyway to put a hook or anything on it that I have found. But it is a great knife
