most laptops caused me frustration because they lagged or the setup wasn't easy to understand. this laptop has none of that. it was highly easy to setup, and wasn't laggy. at first it wasn't crazy speedy but once I added the card on the side it was so fast. I love this laptop, not to mention the flawless looking color. it's so shiny and subtle. the size is perfect, it's easy to read and carry but not to big that it's bulky. I would reccomend this to anyone. this took a long search but it was highly worth it, I love the touchscreen as well.

I liked the color. It was smaller than I thought. I returned this computer, and purchased a larger computer.

Super happy with this laptop after a couple months of use. Very lightweight, touch screen works great, nice size screen and speed is more than sufficient for me. I only use this for personal things, no gaming or heavy streaming so can't speak to other's concerns in that regard. Reviews mentioned you had to delete a lot of factory installed software/apps but i haven't had the need to do that yet.

I was very wary about getting another HP laptop since the previous one I got only lasted 2 years. Assuming that was just bad luck, I purchased another one because it did get some good reviews and it looked like the size and power that I needed. But it too died with absolutely no warning. That power LED light was on when it was plugged in and charging but it would not power up and I tried all of the tech resources, tips and tricks. When I opened up the casing to reveal the battery, which was the last thing on the checklist , it was clear to me that this was not a new product. All the screws were corroded and mismatched. Someone had been in there before. At this point I'm pretty sure that I was sold some sort of recycled product that said it was new. Never again will I purchase an HP product.

Very pleased. In use this for school work and it does a great job.

Pretty slow :(I like that it is touchscreen. Also, it has Microsoft, but I was using it for class, and we used "Teams" which is through Zoom. And it there was a constant lag, and the connection would disconnect often. I thought it was my internet, but I borrowed my child's device, and it worked way better and faster. This happened in more than 1 occasion. Surfing the internet was also slower than normal.
