The band was too tight for me. And the nose cutout wasn't significant enough to properly cover my eyes. If the strap was adjustable it could've been better but I literally took it off after 10mins of using it.After a couple hours I randomly woke up from my sleep and when I tried to put this on the satin fabric was too hot without the gel padding being cooled. Such fabric is not great for a comfortable sleep. Buy something else.
