Bestop 3945115 Black Denim Trailmax II Pro Front Driver Seats - Jeep 1976-2006 CJ7 & Wrangler

I have these in my 1991 Jeep Wrangler and they are much better looking and comfortable than the stock seats. The headrest is adjustable and the lumbar support is perfect. After replacing my seat covers a few times after they tore and faded, I decided to just spend the extra money on some new worry-free seats that would look great. Glad I bought these. They were easy to install and have even held up well to a few showers, when the forecast hadn't predicted rain. I highly recommend these and the price can't be beat.

Very good quality seat and worth every cent of your money. Easy installation literally took an hour from start to finish with tools put up. Looks great and surprisingly soft for vinyl seats.

They sure looked nice, and they were wonderfully comfortable. Unfortunately the foam bolster brakes down immediately and you end up sitting on a steel bar. These seats are definitely not up to the Bestop quality standard that you'd expect if you've had the pleasure of having one of their soft tops. I removed them from my Jeep within a month of installing them (it took awhile for the Corbeau Moabs that I picked up from Racing-Seats-USA dot com to arrive). The Corbeau seats are also direct bolt in, much higher quality, look nicer, and for the price of two of these Bestop seats you can come within a few bucks of getting both front Moabs and a matching rear bench seat. Your worked hard for your money... IMO you'd do well to skip these and go Corbeau from the beginning! Trust me, you'll thank me.

These have some pro's and cons. They mounted to the original brackets I had in my 1985 Jeep CJ7. There were already a lower model Bestop seat already installed. The drivers seat had ripped on the seam and the adjustments had broken. This was to replace them. Considered the same model but went with the upgrade and they are much more comfortable. My old seats I considered them spine busters, these have removed that issue. The cons are they are wider and fuller. This makes the CJ environment between the doors much tighter and the driver slide can't go all the way back and recline much. If you drive with the slide forward you'll have room to lean it back. This seat will never recline all the way due to the roll bar. I cheat the slide up to get a small lean. Probably similar to an airplane seat. I may investigate modifying the seat brackets. My lap belts need to be grabbed prior to closing the doors. Still need to install the console. Hopefully it fits between easily. Overall I am happy with the upgrade as the lift mechanism is much better than the lower model wheel option for the seat back lean. Plus the material on these are better than the vinyl version but they do get hot sitting in the sun.

excellent quality and are very comfortable. i got a great buy, cheaper than anywhere else. my only complaint is that i received two drivers seats instead of one drivers & one passengers, therefor the passenger reclining lever is on the inside of the seat instead of the outside. i've decided to just live with it & not return it to avoid the hassle.

Bolted right in, being adjustable is awesome. The fabric cleans right up no matter if its mud or blood. Passenger seat was a bitch, barely fits cannot recline it, they said it would fit. So comfortable compared to short seats.

Purchased two of these seats for my 79 CJ 5 Was a pretty tight fit, but I got them to work. I believe these seats are more suited for a CJ seven. If you’re going to buy these for a CJ five, you better be a pretty thin person.

Great fit, quality. Recline handle works great, seat back springs into upright position from recline position and from tilt forward position. Head rests are a great upgrade over stock.
