I love getting a massage during movies, and this one fits great on my long sofa. The massage mat covers your lower back all the way up to your neck. The neck pillow massager is controlled separately so you can turn on one at a time, or run both simultaneously. I use a power station to power mine since it’s in the living room. This way there’s no long cables running around. The controls are pretty easy to use and I was ready in 5 minutes after opening the package. This will pay for itself by saving me money from going to massage parlor.

I originally got this for me but my friend wanted this for his new work relaxing room.It’s a nice unit. I can fit this on my couch very easily.The massage features seem pretty standard - reminds me of a coin operated machine at the mall!Overall very nice

I have order it because my back pain. I received it and have use it one time only but so far it did the job. It felt like literally someone was massaging my body. I have a bed that supposed to massage and doesn't work as well as this did. You just need an extension cord to connect it and be more comfortable in bed without having the cable in the way. In my opinion it work just fine.

My first test with this massager I was not overly impressed. I decided to try it again, and I did like it better the second time, and can see some of the benefits of using it. It takes some getting use to I think. I positioned this on my bed becasue quite frankly I am one of those who can not easily get up and down off the floor, or low places. The control wires are located about midway, so I had a hard time not bumping into and adjusting my body without sitting where all the wires connect. I found it a bit difficult to find a happy placement of my body, so the shiatsu rollers were below the base of my head, and the massagers on the pad hit me in the right places... this could not really be achieved on my body, so I just settled for close enough.I am a large gal, and the pad is a bit narrow, so once I found the placement of the massage bumps on my body the ones on my lower legs are pretty close to the center, and I don't find it all that comfortable to lay on my back, trying to relax with my legs tight together so the massagers hit. You have to position yourself in a manner so that the neck shiatsu doesn't end up at the back of your skull, instead of your neck and shoulders. Maybe this is just difficult doing this on a soft bed, rather than on the floor. THe other thing too is that the vibrating massagers are very loud, or perhaps they are amplified from being on the bed foam... hard to relax with that much noise... but, I actually did get used to it. I could feel the massage, but honestly, on the pad area, I did not find a whole lot of difference with the intensities... again, that may be becasue of it was absorbed by the foam?The good thing is that the head/neck shiatsu massager unzips, so you can position it differently to suit your needs and size, and you can scoot around to get the pad to correspond better with where you want it. SInce the pad area is only vibration, and not shiatsu, I don't know how much that will actually help to get you blood pumping. The head and the body pad work independent of each other, so they are not timed to shut down at the same time... you have to manually set that. You can see that my review here is really mixed! This product suits different needs and bodies, and we are all different. You have to decide.

You can choose from a variety of modes. It allows for three levels of heat adjustment. Because I had to use an extension where the outlet is, I wish it had a somewhat longer adaptor cord. An inflatable pillow is included, which is quite useful and comfy. The mat rolls up simply and can be stored almost anywhere. I've used different massagers before, but none compared to this one. This massage pad's biggest feature is that it may be used on a sofa, recliner, bed, or chair. This product is quite simple to use, and the controller provides numerous possibilities. The fabric is quite soft and has a wonderful length. It is a giftable item that I strongly suggest.

This massage mat has a lot going for it, but it's best for light simple work. The product breaks is essentially a massaging pillow and a mat with vibrating sections for your upper/mid back, lower back, and thighs. Each piece comes with individual controls and both pieces can provide some heat.The pillow is detachable and provides the best massage as it has those rotating kneading balls. The mat is soft and thin and fairly comfortable to lay on. It can get quite noisy on the higher levels though. It's thin enough that you can just lay it pretty much anywhere, either on the ground, on a chair, or in bed. It doesn't provide a super deep massage, but a light soothing massage.Overall, the massage mat is great for light-duty use. It's thin and portable and as such not a super strong or heavy-duty massager. This won't replace any of those massage chairs, but it also doesn't cost nearly as much. As long you keep your expectations in check, this massage mat can provide some added daily comfort when you're lounging in bed or on the couch.
