I've recently been having issues with olive oil, vegetable oil and even butter. I decided to give this a try and haven't had any reactions to it, it doesn't smoke up the house and it works perfectly!

Good for high-temp cooking
Good oil, mild flavor. I use it mainly to saute or roast for its high smoke point. The only downside is the top/how it pours. I wish the top/pour spout was designed differently. It’s hard to prevent dripping. I will probably take it out of this container and put in another dark avo oil bottle with a better top. I would buy this company oil again, however, will probably not order this specific one again because of the container.
