actually works
I stay at a spot where there doesn't seem to be the best reception for my phone. Well anyones phones for that matter. Installing this was easy and it actually works. I have improved cell reception and so do closeby neigbhors. Instructions are included. It's a lot longer than you may be expecting though. Expect it to be longer than an antenna on a truck. And alot wider/thicker too. It's about the width of a water bottle. At least the plastic cover of the antenna is that wide. Is all white. All in all good product.

Don’t waste your money
I am a broadcast engineer and been dealing with RF and antennas my entire career. I placed this on a cellular hotspot that was designed for an external antenna, and it made absolutely no difference to the little bitty 4 inch antenna that came with it. Don’t waste your money.
