It doesnt keep time. I just got the watch and its not moving..

I'd try to return it then. I got 2 of them and did not have an issue with either.

I do not know. I returned the watch. The turned off for me was that in a clock or watch the small needle tells the time the long one the minute. In this watch the outer ball that in my head is the minute it was the hour. I couldn’t adjust.
