I drip one drop on a spoon and I swallow it. So easy. Alternatively I drip one drop on the back of my hand. I get a higher dose than the gelcaps and so easy to swallow. Tiny bottle fits anywhere.

This is a wonderful product. When I learned my vitamin D level was at nine.(the lowest number of normal is 30!), I turned to these liquid vitamin D3 drops to raise my vitamin D level. They worked incredibly well. My physician was amazed at how quickly my vitamin D level rose. . I continue to use these drops. My vitamin D level is now at 72 Functional medicine physicians recommend a vitamin D level between 60 and 80. I have accomplished this with the help of these drops.

I like that this is a tasteless liquid I can put in with almost anything. I put it in with my coffee in the morning and my stomach has been fine unlike vit d pills

Used for a few years and D levels raised from 14 (ouch!) to 44, very nice.Take them on a pecan for fat content. Must take them with fat content to absorb well.The drops work very well when you figure out how to use them.I recommend and continue to use them.
