Spice Islands Chili Powder, 2.4 Ounce

Spice Islands has been a staple in our house for decades. As no one in our house likes raw onions in non cooked recipes, this onion powder provides the actual taste. Not the cheapest line of spices on the square, but definitely THE BEST.

I used this today, for a turmeric curry, to add some spiciness to this particular turmeric curry blend. And it was perfect! I also added some to my black beans and the bean burritos were absolutely delicious! I’m glad that I order this one. Such a versatile blend! It was intended for a rib recipe, but I can use it for other very different dishes too, not just chilis or ribs.

I like this brand. It’s difficult to find good onion powder. They sell onion salt everywhere, but not onion powder.

I tried Spice Island but I prefer McCormick (Shilling) brand. Just personal taste.

I have yet to find any brand that can beat spice islands seasonings. The chili seasoning is by far my favorite. The brand is a bit more expensive than others but is totally worth it. It makes all the difference when it comes to the flavoring and taste of the finished product. I highly recommend this brand.

I love Mexican food and this is perfect for any number of dishes. It is fresh and easy to use.

Love this brand , but wish they come with grinder?

This powder has a great onion flavor. I use it for seasoning ground beef, but my favorite way to enjoy it is on popcorn with a little butter. If you like onion then this stuff is great.
