To my dismay, I discovered that the hard disk's manufacturing date was in 2011, and it was no longer supported due to its age. Since the warranty had expired, I was left with no recourse for repairs or replacements. This situation necessitates purchasing an entirely new DVR and hard disk, as both components are now dysfunctional. I regret that the product's lifespan fell short of expectations, and the lack of support post-warranty has compounded the issue. Moving forward, I would caution potential buyers to verify the manufacturing dates of crucial components like hard disks to avoid similar disappointments.

Na any sport by company. Amazon se warranty lena bahut muskil hai . And ek hi mobile me online ho pa raha hai. Dusare k liye code chahiye aur company k taraf se koi sport nahi hai ..

Picture clarity is very poor for a 5 MP camera. It is similar to 2 MP camera. Better to go for 2 MP camera with less price and same picture clarity. Also this is not a 5 MP camera. It is 4 MP and you will come to know this after installation only. Cable provided with the box can only accomodate max of 4 cameras. You need to buy another bundle of cable for complete setup. Honest Suggestion: Dont fool yourself with 5 MP camera. Rather go for 2 MP camera with less cost.
