If a product is damaged in shipping, the purchaser should receive a replacement. I would like a replacement of this item, because it is a good product . The item is Not Returnable; I understand that and why. However, Amazon should have a mechanism for replacing items damaged in shipment, even if they are "Not Returnable".Adter posting this, I called Customer Support and spoke to an Amazon Customer Service person who did a nice job of helping me resolve the problem, and issued a refund. The product is very good and I will order it again, and hope it isn't damaged in shipping. It made quite a mess.

I got this to have so when we run low on milk we can mix some up. We have had lots of snow and some days we cannot get out to go to the store. I mix some up in the evening and it is nice and cold in the morning. It tastes so good that no one even notices. I tried other brands, but my family could always tell. We could use theirs in preparing food, but we could not drink it or put it on our cereal. This organic dry milk is great to have on hand - it tastes so good! Thank You!

It tastes like most dried milk, and I don't have a problem with that. Handy to have when I'm out of milk, good in coffee, and I would buy again.

I picked this up a few weeks ago because I wanted to make cocktail buns and the recipe called for powdered milk. I honestly haven't really thought about powdered milk since my mom used to buy the one with the little girl on it with the orange background when I was a kid. I HATED that stuff. SHe would mix it with water and put it in my cereal milk and I ALWAYS knew.Memories aside, I used this in my cocktail buns, and I even made a loaf of bread with this and its so good! Today I figured out my tomatoes werent getting enough calcium, and guess what the advice was? Powdered milk, mixed with water, and put on tomato plants. This stuff is super useful, I had no idea.

I am very pleased with this dry milk product. I make a lot of homemade bread, but due to arthritis, struggle with the kneading. Although my new bread making machine is the answer, I also need a quality dry powder milk for some of my recipes.What a difference this makes in the final result!! Previously, I had used the dry milk I found in the grocery stores, and will never again buy that stuff. This NOW foods milk is my favorite for several reasons:1) I use only organic products for my bread, so having the organic milk is a plus 2) I keep this in my emergency/prepper pantry 3) Great for coffeeFor those of you wondering about shelf life, I have had mine for 6 months now, and it is just great. I do keep it in a cool dry pantry location (it does not sit out in the kitchen or in a kitchen cupboard).On another note, I have other NOW products that have made my life easier (no more running around to specialty stores to find what I need)

I was disappointed when the product came that it only had a 10 month freshness date. I'm not sure that is a typical expectation as it should arrive dated further out.

Used in home bakeries. Bread bakes beautifully.
