Does what it was meant for
The location on the Expedition is not the same as the F150 trucks. On the Expy these are located on the fan shroud to whereas the firewall for the pickups. Simple install and wasn't positive if this were the problem or the check valve I replaced at the same time. One of the two pieces fixed my issue with IWE noise. They say the check valves are wear items. So, if you are under the hood dealing with the 4x4 system. Do yourself a favor and just replace the check valve along with this part. A little preventative maintenance

Did not last installed a cupple Years ago work great was super happy about a year after started hearing a little noise now it got super loud decided to see what was going on turns out this failed went to scrap yard got a used factory one and bamm sounds gone again spend the extra cupple bucks and buy oem for this one yes it works fit great but no it didn't last so wouldnt recommend myself if this used one let's go all be buying straight from Ford
