I am having so much fun creating with these pastels.
I am new to using this medium and am really enjoying using these mini pastels. I love that you get a great range of colors to play with without breaking the bank. The pastels are tiny but I have found that it take very little color to achieve what I want. I can't compare them to other more expensive pastels because this is my first set, but I can say that they are exactly what I wanted to try working in this medium and that I couldn't be more pleased with this product.

The kit had just the right colors to refinish a faded print from years past.

The chalk is just ok. The colors are beautiful although they appear to be a bit shorter than expected. I also noticed chips and flakes in box when I first opened.
