Arrived shattered! Ordered the 28th it was suppose to be sent the next day and I just received it in the mailbox today is the 6th very disappointed UPDATE 5/7 Seller quickly sent a replacement and I received it quickly!! Thank you so so very much! These bulbs are awesome and a must! Seller is awesome too! I do know my bulb I received yesterday that was broken, it was not the sellers fault it happened during shipping.

This bulb burned out on day 3 of using it. The other light I had has lasted at least a year.

This item is amazing, but I would say watch for the sizing because this bulb is bigger than your average bulb. For the price it’s a really nice bulb and it works very well. This item didn’t get 5 stars because I still have to see how it lasts. I’ll update if anything goes wrong.

I have bought, I think, five previous bulbs that claimed to be UV. I have a handy dandy little tester card (highly recommend), and all of those previous ones were fakes. This passes the test! It really and truly does put off UV light. (My students had started wondering about my sanity, as they saw me declare bulb after bulb to be fake. This just may have restored their trust) I wish it were warmer -- all the others I bought were 100 watt or more, which was why I didn't try this earlier. So I am using another bulb, as well, to provide heat. But at 26 watts, this never claims to be especially hot, so I'm ok with that -- just wishful thinking. So if you're looking for real, true UV, this is a bulb you can trust. I'll still check it at various times, because I know UV doesn't last as long as the visible light, and I'll always check any bulb I buy, but I will be buying from this company.

This is the best priced bulb with actual UVB output that I have ever found and purchased! I cannot brag enough about this bulb. My snake seems so much more active and seems to digest faster and want to eat more! My snake does not require UVB to survive but for quality of life purposes I wanted to give this a try and I cannot recommend this product enough. I use it with a 100 watt heating bulb and it keeps the lighted side of my 40 gallon tank at about 90 degrees F, shaded side about 70-75 degrees F. Depth from substrate to light source is 10-12 inches and average room temperature is 67-70 degrees.

This super bright bulb has my snake basking on top of his cave for hours on end. I honestly envy him with how comfortable he is. Its size makes it comparable with many lamps, it gets warm but not too hot so it's easy to position it against the enclosure without it melting anything. Also it doesn't look like it's burning out anytime soon, it's got a lot of power so it'll last me for years.

Have tried other brands and they are inconsistent quality. Light going on and off, that sort of thing. Have had no such issue with this brand. Worth the extra few dollars.

Really good quality for half the price of brand name. It produces a good amount of uvb and my bearded dragon loves to sit under it.

Bulb lasted one day and definitely doesn’t have enough UVB ridiculous.

This bulb lasted less than 2 months, this is way below average for bulbs that only cost a couple bucks more. Wouldn't recommend buying from this store.
