no es la computadora que pedi, ademas la bateria no funciona
me enviaron una pc parecida , sin embargo no es la que yo compre , ademas al quererla probar me di cuenta que la bateria no cargaba, lo peor de todo es que mi hijo la necesita para sus estudios y ahora tendre que esperar a que me reembolsen el dinero lo cual se llevara al menos 15 dias mas, y en su escuela le exigen que lleve su laptop lo cual no puede llevar porque ustedes me enviaron una cosa que no sirve y que ademas no fue lo que pedí .

Not as described!
Windows 11S is not installed as indicated in the advertisement. Seller told me to download Windows 11S for free. However, that would take away 4GB of RAM, leaving the laptop with only 4GB of RAM. However, the advertisement says 8GB of RAM with Windows 11S. The advertisement is misleading.

Empresa de dudosa operación
No venia con Garantías, sin documentos, seguramente es una computadora renovada porque tiene fallo en la batería después de 4 meses de uso
