Lightning fast fermentations
If you’re having any issues with stuck fermentations, this is the answer to your prayers. Angel am1 ferments lightning fast and fierce, finishing so quick. Just make a starter 2-3 grams per gallon of mash, and you’re off to the races. I Will definitely purchase again.

My favorite so far
I like using all grain mashes. The first bourbon mash I did using this yeast the air lock was going crazy like a sugar wash using turbo yeast. Doing a variety of corn mashes right now and they are fermenting off great.
