I purchased this product a few days ago and it was delivered yesterday. The packing was really good and sturdy. After initial inspection, I thought the sliding arm was fitting in a cross angle and I thought this was a defect. But after contacting the seller, he explained to me that the cross angle was actually required for holding the door shut, it was apparently a "startup closing pressure". He also patiently explained the process of fitting the hydraulic machine. After that, I followed the detailed instruction manual and my mother and me were able to fit this hydraulic door closer within 20 minutes. It was that easy. No technician or carpenter required as long as you have a screw driver and a drill. The machine is working fine. It also come with two screws for closing and latching speed adjustments. It also has a "hold door open at any angle" feature, one that I found quite useful. Really pleased with this product.

The product is good and easily slows down a standard wooden bed room door. But the company sent a wrong installation template due to which I ended up making holes in the wrong place and damaging the door. Now I have a door with visible screw holes.

Using it for last 2 weeks in our banquet hall doors. The product is perfect. Very easy to install and operate. Very much satisfied. It has a built-in locking feature which enables the door to be kept open for longer period when needed. No need to install door stoppers. Also the speed adjustment feature is very easy and effective. If your requirement is to keep the door open for longer period of time, this slider system product is to go for. Hydraulic door closers will not work.

It’s definitely cost friendly, but people, don’t be fooled by its price. Within 1 month of using this product, the lock that holds the door at a 90 Degree position broke, obviously due to poor workmanship or soldering . I contacted their customer service and after 7-10 days of useless waste of my time, they chose to refuse the warranty claim stating that it’s due to accidental usage and demanded Rs. 400/- for the replacement. My question is , is there any rocket science that goes into using a door closure installed over a door? Simple push and release ! What kind of accident is he talking about ? I would like a tutorial on how to use a door closure plz. Attached are the image and video that clearly demonstrates the exceptionally funny situation. I will donate your product to my carpenter and Esther buy a premium brand which will not abandon warranty claims and customers in the middle of nowhere with such silly, funny and deceitful attitude.
