replaced a camera that quit working, was easy to set up

Night Owl never updates their mobile apps. Causing you to pretty much never be able to iron out any bugs with these cameras. And the cameras themselves rarely work or hold internet connectivity. Just tossed mine in the trash.

Works well with my existing system

Use for home security. If there is a weak wifi connection, or if you use extenders, they can lose connection frequently. The 180° view makes it easy to link several cameras together to eliminate blind spots. Crystal clear view on app and monitors.

Decent quality, but does not work with my night owl system despite customer service saying it would, also, refund taking forever to issue.

First off I’d start by saying that connecting this camera to the night owl app is not an easy task. It failed to connect multiple times & I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with customer service.Once I got it connected I mounted & wired the camera up and I am DISAPPOINTED!!! The camera quality is no where near 4k resolution. I have eufy cameras that are 2k resolution that have way better picture quality.The night owl camera lags and is about 5-8 seconds behind. I stood in front of it and thought the camera was frozen because of how long it took for me to show up in the live view.Do yourself a favor and stay away.Even my WYZE cameras are way better quality.These are not what they claim to be.
