I recently bought this knee pillow, and it’s been great! The size is just right—not too big or too small—and it provides excellent support. I’m a nursing mom, so I spend most might nights on my sides. It hurts to sleep without having a leg a little elevated. This thing is small enough not to get in baby’s way, and the strap helps me not lose it lol. It also had a cover that is zippered on, so one can wash this!

This pillow has been a life saver. It is well made at a reasonable price. The leg strap is held in place with Velcro which allows you to adjust the tightness to ensure it does not move during the night. I have used it almost every night for weeks and it has retained its shape and stiffness well. Before buying this pillow my siatica kept me up all night. Now, after only a few nights of use, I was able to start sleeping through the night with little to no discomfort.

This knee pillow has been a game changer for my side sleeping. It keeps my hips and spine aligned, and I no longer wake up with back or sciatica pain. Super comfy memory foam and the washable cover is great. Highly recommend!

Too soft...very little support when used as a knee pillow. Other knee pillows with more support are available on Amazon that are half the price. Choose one with a removeable strap because the strap makes it easier to grab and hold the pillow if you need to take it with you from room to room. Would love to have choices for decorative covers with removeable strap for these knee pillows because they are useful in living rooms too in recliners for those with bad knees or elbows...even necks. We'd like it to look like a decor pillow instead of a hospital pillow.

I sleep so much better using this pillow rather than using the other pillows I have on my bed. The way my leg fits is very comfortable and I don’t notice me tossing and turning all night. I also wake up with my low back, feeling loose and pain-free. This was such an amazing product to purchase in use. I would highly recommend this to anybody with low back pain.

Did not solve my problem. Tried a regular bed pillow between the knees and that worked and was much more comfortable.

Can wash the outside cover . I have used this every night for the last 2 years great product. It makes my back feel so much better

This is a thick, soft pillow that provides good protection for sore and tender knees. I like the quality. The cover seams are overlocked so will will withstand machine washing when the time comes and the strap keeps it in place all night. It doesn't seem to flatten down after all night use. This is really helping me sleep during a nasty knee osteoarthritis flare up.

I’ve had really bad knee pain and flair ups out of nowhere - the worst would make it almost impossible to walk. The worst was not being able to sleep at night due to the swelling, or causing more damage whilst unconscious. I hopped straight on for something to elevate and hold my knee in place. This was the cheapest well reviewed option in Amazon and I will say - I see why. Arrived really nicely presented in a plastic zip bag, smells like foam but really soft and well made. Whilst not easy to sleep with at first, the strap really helps keep it in the right place and kinda forced me to sleep properly with a bend in my knee. Works well for back sleepers and side sleepers - also used as a head rest when reading haha! Since using I have had a scan to find I Hoffas pad syndrome from hyper extension of my joints. Something I’m now getting physio, insoles and swim sessions for. This pillow is still really helping but my flair ups are rare which is great! Also 5 months in - no wear at all to the pillow, amazing. Not cheap cheap, but great for price.
