Piece of crap, weird customer service
Easy to assemble, but I needed an extra piece...can't find any. Ordered what I thought would work, it didn't. The seller contacted me saying they would ship my a piece for free, hut I had to give all my info, not comfort doing that. Once I got it on, the wheels didn't roll all the way around. It is junk.

Great product that makes you move
The hoop is easy to use. I like the latch because it makes it easy to take off and put on. When I first received the product I needed extra links and saw the message from the seller saying to let them know if I needed extra. They sent me 4 extra which worked perfectly because one of the massagers broke on one of the links I had. The product works because it makes you move and works more than your core, I felt it even in my thighs.

Hard to assemble , hard to use at first. More of a trend

Not for plus size
So this claims to be for plus sized individuals but it is not true. It is small even for my normal sized husband. I need at least 5 more knots to be comfortable. I am not sure if you can get additional knots. If not I am going to return it .

Amazing
Easy to put together I needed additional links and they send them free of charge in just three days. It’s a little loud but fun to use and it’s a great workout.

too small, difficult to assemble
difficult to assemble. Once I finally figured out how to open the links, arthritis makes it hard for me to squeeze those things - I needed pliers. Too small, I couldn't even wrap it around my waist. The thing is useless to me, unless I can find 1-3 more links. Just sits in my apartment until I decide to trash it.

So easy and burn your calories a lot if you do it 30 minutes a day.
The media could not be loaded. Me and my daughter love it. Were doing competition how long we can do it but for me it requires daily or every other day for 30 minutes that burns your calories.

This is my second review.
I’d like to let you know about this company. I made a bad review about this hola hoop back in august. Stating the measurements wrong. Someone from the company reached out and they could send 4 more links.The people for this hola hoop really do stand behind their product.It does take a little to get used to but with plentiful practice you are all set in not time.Good luck and have fun.
