Received it as described. I will update this post after a month if I see any good feedback from my kids. I found it also cheaper in IHerb it’s 101 compare in Amazon for 113 plus I got 20%discount as new so I got it for 80aed a bottle.

A good Multivitamin for Teens
Capsules are medium sized but are easy to swallow with no taste. They have everything in them needed for an active growing teenager picked these as they also include iron which some don’t. Cost wise they’re not the cheapest but good value for money

Great for teens!
My 14 y/o son (who struggles to eat multiple meals throughout the day due to his ADHD meds suppressing his appetite) takes these daily. They help supplement his nutrition when he doesn’t get all his meals in. It’s definitely not a replacement for eating healthy, but in his case has helped him get the proper nutrients he needs to develop and grow.

Have been using this brand for last few years. Taking Vit D, B complex, Magnesium and Multivitamin. No upset stomach. Easy to swallow with no after taste. Reasonable price for natural product content.
