This set has good reviews, but for some reason, Amazon flagged it as being an item that has a high number of returns. I suppose that that may be because someone buys this item to complete a job that they may not need to complete again, so they then return it. I cannot imagine any other reason to return it—it works incredibly well and is very well-made. If I were a plumber, I would probably invest in a $150 Rigid or other heavy duty large pipe cutter. As a home DIYer, that would be absurd; but a $39 tool that works perfectly for occasional use makes more sense. I used this kit to install new 2 inch and 1.5 inch PVC piping for new sump and sewer ejector pumps. It worked well--way better than ratchet-type PVC pipe cutters. It tracks perfectly, cuts cleanly. and holds the pipe firmly. The reamer also worked perfectly for this task.

I was skeptical, especially for the price. I needed to cut several lengths of metal conduit for my garden. Takes a bit of grip strength, but worked great. I cut about 10 lengths pretty quickly. Cut although the way through. I would buy again.

Good cutter for the price. Worked as expected. Be advised it’s not a heavy duty cutter for commercial work but price reflects that. Again good cutter. The included reamer is a plus. Not the greatest quality. Perfect for occasional use.

I love the look and size of the item. It’s heavy duty but light weight and the grip handle makes it a breeze in your hands compared to the old school cutters. As of this review it has produced nothing but clean accurate cuts- would highly recommend.

J'ai acheté cet outil pour couper des tubes acier de racks de ma batterie de tambours diam 38 ép0,7mm. Facile, rapide, précis, efficace ! S'agissant d'acier, j'ai exercé une faible pression sur la molette et m'y suis repris à env 5 ou 6x pour couper le tube : une première pression, puis 2 tours, une seconde pression, puis 2 tours, etc au bout de 10 à 12 tours mon tube était parfaitement coupé, presque sans bavures. ça m'a pris à peine un peu + d'une minute pour couper. L'outil d'ébavurage fourni a fini le travail ; il faut compter environ 1mn de travail supplémentaire. Je recommande ce produit ! j'en suis très très satisfait.

Ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man präzise und saubere Schnitte bei Edelstahlrohren machen möchte!
