helped me reset my clock... but let's be realistic now
I thought for a while that it didn't work. Overtime, however, it made a difference. I sleep before midnight now (between 10-12pm) when before I couldn't settle almost until dawn. Together with waking up early and exposing my eyes to daylight as early after waking as possible, it helped me move my clock, which is something I couldn't achieve for many years. I've been trying to push my sleeping time to 8-9pm, but I'm the owl type since I was a kid (probably the delayed sleep phase syndrome by a few hours), my brain is most active in the evening, and that might not be realistic in my case. 10-11pm isn't a bad bedtime when you struggled sleeping all your life. If you're trying to reset your clock, it will help also to go outside asap after waking (best within the first 30-60mins) and spend at least 10mins out there, because light is 10 times stronger outside or more. It will help your sleep-wake cycle. I've tried to reset my sleep a million times before but failed. The combination of this and proper light exposure helped a lot. Might order this again if I need it.

Great for Insomnia
Are you an insomniac and tired of wasting your time with Melatonin (not for insomnia...really) or just staring at the ceiling...or maybe other questionable alternatives? Try this. Really. Life-long insomniac...I usually get about 3 hours a night. Does this make me sleep longer? No, not really. I use a half tsp and am still getting 3-ish hours on average. But...it's making me fall asleep much more easily than ever before. I use a half tsp in water...and within about a half hour, I feel relaxed as my mental hamster steps off the wheel and stops caring about trying to run. Foolproof? No, but most nights since using it, the hamster slows down sooner, and I can fall asleep faster.
