KEEN Men's Uneek Slide-M Sandal

This shoe is superior in design, durability, versatility, and style. I wear my Uneek slides daily. When I bought these I done a lot of research before spending this kind of money on slides. I was very sceptical about the purchase. However, I want to say to anyone that wears slides on a regular basis, buy these shoes. By the time a pair of Keens are broke in those $30 nike slides are tearing apart. I went through 3 pair of nike slides in a year. I have taken my Keens places I would never think about walking in nike slides, from hiking to directly in the creek with me. I have washed them several times in the washer, something I would never do with any other slides. Nike is good for occasional useage. Keen is good for everyday use plus the Uneek style offers more foot protection while still allowing your foot to breath. When buying these i was worried about the size because previous reviews suggested buying half a size bigger, however, I wear a size 12 the next size up was 13. I ordered the 12 regardless, I am satisfied with the fit. They were snug at first but once I broke them in they fit like gloves. Your feet do get sore at first from the rope but it only lasts about a week. My only other concern when buying these was the insole appeared to be made of a soft material that would tear easily. To my plesent suprise the material was soft but it is just as durable as the rest of the shoe. The inside material does hold more dirt but is durable enough to scrub clean. Overall I am delighted to have a pair of slides that will last at least 3 more years with everyday usage. If you dont want a thong between your toes (i.e. Rainbows) Keen is the way to go.

Because so many reviews described these shoes as running small, I ordered a larger size than usual. I usually wear women's size 10.5, but this is a difficult size to find. So I ordered men's size 10.5, based on measurement chart and numerous reviews advising to order larger size than normal. The fit is extremely snug in terms of width, although this will likely improve as the cords stretch and relax over time, but not uncomfortable. I can see why men would find this shoe too snug since their feet are typically wider than women's. The 10.5 is slightly too long in length, but the snugness of the fit makes it feel like it fits well. The footbed has strong and comfortable arch support. I am keeping the shoes and hope that the fit does not become too loose over time.

I've got a lot of cheap slides, but I wanted a good, quality pair with toe protection, so naturally I looked at what Keen had to offer. I ordered a Yogui, an Aruba II and an Uneek. The Yogui did not fit my foot at all (it will be returned immediately), the Aruba II was okay, but not all that comfortable and felt cheap (still debating on keeping it), but the Uneek was wonderfully comfortable right out of the box! I've read other reviews that said these run a 1/2 size small. That may be true of the models with a back on them, but the slides fit me perfectly and conform to my foot in my normal size.

I have owned several pair of keen newports and wiamea flip flops. I haven't ever had any slide-ons. I normally wear a 9.5 in keen. I took everyone's advise and bought a 10. I get lots of compliments on them but I am having a little trouble keeping them on my feet. I feel that if I were to walk to fast they would fly off my feet. That being said, I don't know that 9.5 would have done any better. They might have been too little. The arch support is good which is one of the things I like about Keen. I'll keep wearing them and see if they get more broken in.

I have several of the Keen sandals and have had good service out of all the sandals except this one. I typically wear it only in the house but the fabric in the center where the tongue usually is has started to tear. One of the strings has almost torn through. I bought these sandals a month short of one year ago. My other sandals are holding up better.

Let me say I love the Keen brand and have some favorites that are wearing out and are not replaceable since they have been discontinued(see picture of shoe on Top). Now These slip on Keen shoes (picture on bottom)do not stay on your feet. I have tried to wear them so many times since I bought them but at this point I will just throw them in the trash. I love shopping on Amazon but this is one of those purchases I would Not have made if I had tried these on in a store. Money wasted on this shoe.

The sandals definitely run small. Get 1/2 size or even a full size larger. I’m normally a 9.5 in all shoes, I ordered a size 10. My heel just barely fits snuggly in the heel cup of the sole. Good construction and style, and in my limited trial of walking around the house, they are very very comfy.Planning to wear these on a beach trip, and am not very convinced they’ll stay on we’ll walking through soft sand. :-)

Very comfortable slide on sandal. I like the "uneek" look of the shoe, and it has excellent grip on wet and slippery surfaces. My only issue was that the do not stay on too securely when walking, which is common with slide sandals. They also don't slide on well if you prefer to wear socks. I also don't see these shoes breaking any time soon, like most keens I own.

I find these slipping off my feet, not sure if it's because I listened to people stating that a half size bigger is better as now I have them, I think the correct size would of been ok. Overall these are s good comfortable shoe. I also have the type with the back strap and for me I do find those ones better

Los elegí para mi marido y quedó encantado, buscaba unos zapatos cómodos para estar en casa y al mismo tiempo que fueran seguros. Algunas sandalias "slide" no ajustan del todo y te pueden hacer tropezar, estos son perfectos y también seguros. La parte superior de la sandalia cubre por completo el empeine y el resorte sirve para ajustar anchos M y W. Muy buena compra.

It fits great. They're very comfortable. I can't wear flip flops because I need the support of a traditional shoe. However I travel to warm weather climates and I needed something comfortable but cool enough for the climate. I find it stylish and can wear with linen trousers for example. This fits the bill.
