Excellent battery pack, it’s sturdy and easy to use. Came part charged so I could use straightaway. Fits simply to the phone and simple to get started. Instruction manual very clear and informative. My XR drains too quickly these days and the battery pack always has charge available. Charging the battery pack and phone together ‘just works’. It has a great battery life that lasts for a long time and has given new life to my phone. No issues with use and fits phone perfectly. Product described online matches product supplied. Nice little phone stand makes it easy to use as a night clock – nice bonus!

I have had this case for almost 7 months now, and I can say that it's pretty good. It can charge my iPhone XR in about 3 hours - depending if you are using it, it will charge slower. Just note before you buy, this case does not charge the phone quickly. I use this case when I sleep as it automatically powers off the case when the battery on my phone is full, which is an excellent feature. I like how I don't have to remove the case to listen to wired headphones as the port passes audio signal. Battery life is good also, it can charge my XR roughly 120% before needing to charge the case again.One thing that I was disappointed about is it can't transfer data from the port to my PC - not a deal breaker for me though!Overall I am happy with this purchase, I would recommend :)[EDIT] - 05/02/2024I have had this case over a year now and I can tell that the battery has degraded quite drastically. The capacity has degraded meaning it wont fully charge my iPhone XR fully anymore. From a dead battery in my phone, the case can charge my phone to about 75-80 percent on average. This still is not a dealbreaker for me personally, however it may be for some - hence why I am updating this![EDIT[ - 10/04/2024The battery has degraded a lot, it will only charge my iPhone XR from dead up to 40% now which I guess is normal as all batteries degrade over time, some faster than others. I am using this case as an emergency battery as that's all I can use it for now.

Wow, we works really well for my old phone, its way more than doubled the battery life that it had before, its now gets me through the whole day, and then some, whereas before it’d only last like half a day! Charges with the lightning cable as well, just like the iphone, so no need for an extra charger cable.
