Doll arrived in perfect condition! Didn't bother me it came in a plain box. (Plus it clearly shows in the pictures it comes in the plain box). The doll was secure and the extra items were in there own little compartment within the box so everything stayed in place. I would def purchase again....my daughter loves her glow pixie. :)
