Hair will feel healthier
I've been taking this for 6 months and have noticed the changes. My hair feels healthy, it's growing again and I couldn't be happier :) this is not a substitution for my vitamins, this is taken daily along with my other necessary vitamins. There is no taste when taking these and they are fairly small in size. You get a 90 day supply so it's easy on the pocket as well and gets delivered to you 😊 highly recommend for all bariatric patients.

It does its job. Smaller size, and easy to swallow. It’s a bit pricey though. I went with a cheaper brand they also worked well.
