I live in a very humid climate and these are airtight and very functional. The negative is that the holes are tiny. So if you're using a coarse ground pepper or other herb, you're going to have to do some surgery. Still worth the cost in my opinion!

Small and compact, but easily hold up to 3 table spoons of spice each. Perfect for 5-7 day long kayak camping trips, or even backpacking, if you aim for ultra-lightweight pack and have the room for only. Better than those micro camping salt/pepper shakers on the market. Have used one for years and they can’t hold more than a heaping teaspoon of pepper. This 3 container pack is a very good buy and they are well manufactured.
