My partner (now fiancée) and I decided that we would both exchange rings for our engagement rather than simply having me give her a ring. This ring works perfectly! I purchased this tungsten carbide ring from Three Keys Jewelry, 8mm width, in silver color. It holds up pretty well, does not tarnish, and does not scratch. Plus, it has a unique design (“imitation meteorite”) that makes it stand out compared to other rings. I get quite a few compliments on it and it looks more expensive than it actually is.A couple of notes:1) Tungsten carbide is more brittle than other metals, like titanium. You can shatter it. Personally, I am pretty active and this ring has come into contact with hard surfaces and has been dropped with no problem. However, I am not sure I would wear it if I worked in a physical labor position like landscaping or construction. I have not tested this but if it is important to you, try to find some tungsten carbide ring stress test videos on YouTube (independent ones, not created by companies that sell tungsten carbide) to help your decision.2) If you are someone with very thin fingers (like me), do not feel like you have to go with the 6mm width alternative. I came very close to purchasing the 6mm version of this ring because I feared the 8mm would appear to be too large for my thin fingers, but changed my mind at the last minute. I am very happy I went with 8mm as I don’t think 6mm would look right on my hand.3) When you run your finger nail over the surface of the ring, you can feel the different layers of the ring that separate the metal from the “imitation meteorite.” I wonder if eventually these layers will separate as the ring ages. I will update this review if this happens.

Wow. This might be my favorite Amazon purchase ever. I bought a tungsten ring from a local jeweler, for $400 bucks. It was a little too large (because it was a mans ring), but I needed a placeholder for my wedding ring (which I outgrew during covid). I immediately regretted the purchase after I looked up tungsten rings on Amazon and saw how affordable they were and how many more styles there were. I returned the pricey ring and bought this one on Amazon and it is so much prettier, WAY comfy and really great to wear. I love this ring so much. I’ve been wearing it constantly for like a month now & I cannot think of a single complaint. When I lose the pandemic weight, I might buy a smaller one and keep my diamonds safe at home.

After seeing some reviews mention issues with the epoxy coating I was keeping an eye on mine. I have been very rough with this poor thing. Brake cleaner, paint thinner, bleach, nasty old gasoline that looked like orange kool-aid. It has seen some harsh chemicals and abrasions. It didn't turn yellow, but it was getting hazy/dull/cloudy. I thought, "Oh no, I have ruined this $20 ring. Now I will need to buy one every 6 months." But my fears were unwarranted. I hit the ring with a little tripoli polish this morning and she is shining like new again! Five minutes of easy work is worth it.

I absolutely love this ring! This is the first ring I have been able to wear 24/7. It's so comfortable I can't even tell I have it on. I'm a hairstylist and I've been getting lightener and color and perm juice on it and it still looks like new. And for the price, if anything happens to it, I'll just get another.

Great ring, but size was too big. The seller paid for return postage.
