I've been using this leash for over a week. It takes a little getting used to if you have dogs who are not well behaved on walks, I have 2, 2.5yr old Jack Russell Terriers who are very independant and like to run in different directions.After over a week of using the double leash they have gotten used to walking so close together. They do not fight with each other as much as they used to. However if i do need to separate them, the length of each individual lead is not long enough (adjustable from 16-24 inches) to pull each dog apart. The construction of the leash is solid and very comfortable. The handle is slightly padded which makes it easy to hold. The leashes do not tangle which is the best part of this double leash. The lead is a little stiff so wrapping it around your hand is a little uncomfortable, but just a bit.Overall I would recommend this leash to anyone who has to walk multiple dogs. This product definitely works best with dogs that are well behaved. I’m still working with my dogs. My issues with the leash are personal ones because of my dogs personalities.

I really like this leash. My one suggestion to the folks making it is give the dogs more space between each other. At its longest it doesn't give them a whole lot of space, and my dogs like a bit of distance when doing their business.I also a tiny dog and a medium dog. So, the little guy hated it. I bought a bungee cord extension thing I found on Amazon and that made things a lot better. They get more room apart, and the little guy has some give with his side.

I have only had this for a few days, however the first time I used it I was really happy. I have two poodle type mix breeds (Golden-doodle who is 40 pounds, and an aussie-doodle who is about 35 pounds). They are roughly the same size/height but have only been brother and sister for about two months. We just adopted the aussie so walking with two of them togetehr has been a struggle. They are both not great on leash, and are major leash pullers. Using one leash and this allows them to walk together, and almost forces them to walk together instead of battling each other to be first on two separate leashes. It did work very well and I was happy to see how great it worked! This leaves me much more hopeful that I will be able to enjoy walking with BOTH of my dogs. When we added the second I was worried I would never enjoy a walk again without a lot of help from a trainer. Luckily, this has put me and my doggies at ease!

I have three not so small dogs, and walking them is always a bit of a circus. One of them is a big 100lb German Shepherd, a smaller 30lb american eskimo and a 40lb lab/mutt. Naturally, they find ways to tangle themselves up pretty frequently. I bought the double leash to anchor the american eskimo and lab/mutt together, and holy smokes! It has made things tremendously easier. I even once used it to anchor my much taller German Shepherd to the smaller 40lb lab and it worked well! The swivel in the middle allows for seamless transitions with each other.I think if you have dogs any smaller than about 25lbs, the leash itself could be pretty heavy for them. This one is definitely made for larger, heftier dogs.

My little dachshunds prince and booge love this leash and so do it! These little boogers used to love giving everyone rope burn with the other leash but no more! They are no controlled and easily walked by one person! Best purchase ever! Also when I have to take one to the vet but bring two I can easily make this into 2 leashes on the spot! I'm only giving this 4 stars because I wish there was a "traffic handle" right where the 2 pieces join. I can put a different leash on the coupler that has one but that would give me too much length with the options I have at home and I don't care to buy another right now. But please please, as a dog trainer, do not buy bungee leashes. You have no control whatsoever. The adjustable leads on this leash are awesome for dogs of differnent sizes, or if you use a harness with one and a collar with another. I have done every combo with my 3 dogs because they change how fast they want to walk all the time. And it's great to be able to adjust the length. For example my shepherd (former guide dog) likes to pull and is larger than my gals, so his is shorter. Or I switch him to the solo leash because he ain't listening. Overall the handle is comfortable to hold, the dogs figure out how to movearound each other and I have pretty good control. I would advise that if you haven't worked on leash behavior with a dog yet, do not couple them with another dog! The other dog will not be pleased and you'll have little control. Only been maybe a month so far, but seems strong and durable!

Just received this today and worked great. I have a blue nose American bully and a little minature puddle, pug,Boston terrier mix. Worked great with them. First few minutes was confusing with my little mut trying to get away from my other dog and run to the front. My bully is so much calmer on walks then the mut. But after few minutes plus my bully's calmness she calmed down and walked right along side. I purchased with the matching leash which is nice and short for more control of the 2 dogs but i added one of my other leashes that way my 3 year old could hold the shorter leash and we where all connected and together. The swivel worked great never got tangled up.

Brilliant I’ve got 2 big dogs a Newfoundland & a big German Shepherd it’s really good for me to walk them both together

This leash is very strong and great for walking two dogs without them both getting tangled up very easy to use would highly reccomend

This lead is great for walking two dogs. Unfortunately our two are 1 year and 10 years so they didn't know how to walk together and one kept stopping. I'm sure with time they will get the hang of it though.

Great when I have to take my two dogs out on my own. Now I have a freehand
