Mounting bracket is compatible with my ring cameras.
I posted the below review and the ring team contacted me and were able to show me that it does fit. While my cameras mount is smaller than on the mounting bracket, the tabs are the same and work fine. I updated this and, now, intend to buy another. As you can see the mount on the mounting bracket is larger than the mount for the “compatible” camera. The tabs are the same and the camera will fit. I’m not going to fix the pictures on cause I got it mounted in concrete and it’s done. I’m mounting another one and I’ll do that as it is designed.

It’s possible to hide the solar panel cord without drilling holes in the mount...
Ring has published images of its solar camera wall mount without the 13 foot cord attached to the exterior—which of course is a more aesthetic install.I wondered how they did it since almost all the photos of user installs have the cord attached to the mount’s exterior.A number of reviewers have drilled holes in the mount to allow the cord to be inserted in the hollow diagonal tube. Some users have even cut and reattached the cord to allow smaller holes to be drilled. But in fact it’s possible to insert the cord in the hollow diagonal tube WITHOUT DRILLING ANY HOLES.Here’s how to do it.Note that there is a notch at the top of the opening to the diagonal tube—please see the attached photo. The notch allows the cord to extend out of the hollow diagonal tube for its attachment to the solar panel and to plug the cable into the camera. So before you attach the mount to the wall….1. Fold the cord and insert it into the hollow diagonal tube from the opening on the back of the mount, shown in the attached photos.2. Adjust the cord so there is just enough length outside to reach the solar panel and camera, leaving slight slack to allow for camera and solar panel adjustment.3. Attach the solar panel to the mount.3. Attach the mount to the wall.4. Attach the camera to the mount.Instead of 13 feet, there will be only a few inches of the cord outside the hollow tube. You can use a zip tie for an even cleaner install. Please see the attached photo. The overall aethetics are good, and it wasn’t necessary to compromise the integrity of the wall mount by drilling large holes in the diagonal tube. All in all, this combined solar panel/camera mount allows for a more attractive and overall better install, assuming that you are able to mount the camera and solar panel together.

Screw holes do not line up for Stick Up Cam - REVISED
I wanted to like and keep this product but the last screw hole in the assembly process does not line up. I have the Ring Stick Up Camera (Outdoor) and it is documented as compatible, but it is not. It appears to me that the molded plastic is too thick to seat into place - close, but looks to be obstructed due to the thickness. It can't even be hulked into place without ruining your camera mount and devastating the hole.At first I thought it was me but see that many other people experienced the same issue. I'm sad that Ring would allow a product like this to wear its name. The value for price paid is quite high, jacked up due to the Ring name and I assumed it would be Ring quality. It is not. I will be sending this back and looking for another solution.Ring Stickup Cam - 3rd GenRing 4W Solar Panel - 2nd GenREVISED:I returned the first Ring Wall Mount for Solar Panels and Cams - White and decided to get a replacement. I was successful the second time around. For this one, the holes did line up at 90% and I was able to tap the mounting attachment into place with a small mallet to get the holes lined up 100%. The hole that I'm talking about is the final hole that accepts a screw after the adapter for the stick-up cam is slid into place - it secures the stickup cam to the mount so that it cannot be slid off. I will say, that it was not easy to get access to make this adjustment, but eventually, I got it. I am changing my review to a 4. I further hacked their design by drilling two holes into the hollow post so that I could store the solar panel cable inside. The cable ends are huge, so it required big holes but I'll follow up by sealing it in with silicone. After these modifications, the presentation is neat and tidy.

Must have accessory
If you have the ring outdoor camera and a solar panel you need this. You can clean up the wires from the solar panel and tuck them into this bracket nice and neat. Then when you attach the ring camera to it, it becomes a self contained unit and you can just hang it anywhere. Super easy to set up and no more trying to keep the dang cord from looking bad anymore.

Disappointing Design and Functionality
ionalityI was excited to purchase the Ring Wall Mount for Cameras and Solar Panels, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The design is poorly thought out and feels like an afterthought.First, the mounting process is unnecessarily complicated and not user-friendly at all. The instructions lack clarity, and even after following them, the fit is awkward and unstable. The mount doesn’t securely hold the camera or the solar panel, which defeats its purpose entirely.Second, the adjustability is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get the camera angled properly, and the solar panel placement is equally frustrating. If the panel isn’t positioned just right, it won’t charge efficiently.Lastly, the build quality is subpar. For the price, I expected a sturdy, well-made product, but it feels cheap and flimsy. I’ve used other Ring accessories without issues, so this was a surprising letdown.Overall, this mount does not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from Ring. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-designed mounting solution. Save your money and look for better alternatives!

It was just what I needed.
Easy to install and no issues with attaching the solar panel. I like the strap on the bottom to hold the cable that helped to when you extended the bracket.
