I love eating quinoa so thought to but this quinoa flour this time for a change and let me tell you it's soooo good. Mad with natural whole food and rich in fiber. It also has protein , vitamins and minerals. It is gluten free and is not at all bitter in taste. I made rotis , pan cakes and pizza base out of it. You can make lot of other things. I am gonna buy it again. A complete value for money. 😊

One of the best gluten free flour in the market
I was looking for gluten-free flour for my family. And I have found this.I have used many other brand's Quinoa Flour, some of them are bitter in taste but this one is not.
