Great hand steamer/iron!
I absolutely loved this iron/steamer!! I'm an at home crafter, so this little hand iron works wonders for hat designs or small decals customers want on their hats/pockets and such! I used it the first time though for my husbands work shirts; he has the white fisherman style shirts that are so very wrinkly, he can hardly wear them! This little hand iron did the job in like 2 minutes!!! I've attached pictures, so you all can see what I'm talking about! The dial on the product is easy to read and the enclosed instructions are very clear. It also comes with several attachments! Spend the money and grab this baby and get to work on all of your tough ironing/steaming jobs; you won't be disappointed!!

Waste of money!
The first one arrived broken so I returned it for a replacement. Don't even waste your money. It's pathetic. I tried using it to press and steam shirts and it's totally useless. All it does is heat up and make a noise that's all.

Easy to use and it's quick!
I have a traditional iron and iron board but it is such a hassle to take it out so I don't iron my husband's shirts as often as I should lol.... I told him, dress shirts are for special occasion, not for daily wear lololol.... But this steamer is such a game changer as my husband calls it, it is so easy to use, making iron a bit fun to do. Takes a little while for the steam function to get ready, could be used as an iron as well, love it!

Defective Product
Product stopped working after 3 months and maybe 4x of use.
