I have it on full and it’s till had to hear and it’s not the original sound

I love how this looks and it's fairly decent for the price. However, the sound quality can be poor at times

Considering it has no redial,no caller ID and only a digital recording of the original "trim,trim" bell. So it doesn't sound exactly like the original phone. It made my heart sink a little when i got my first call(yeah okay it was from me, on my mobile..but i had to check it worked😁), but it's close enough for a reproduced sound. It just doesn't quite have the metal bell tone to it😕. I don't miss the answering machine as i never got around to listening to them anyway. If it was important they'd call again or ring my mobile. I do miss caller ID 2 reasons..the 1# is obvious..knowing who's calling nd 2# knowing I've inputted the correct numbers, as usually shows the numbers you pushed on the screen when you've pushed them. However I disagree with a few reviews that have said it's made of cheap materials etc. It's actually well made and not to light/heavy it's in the goldilocks zone. I do like the fact I can switch the ringer off if I don't want to be disturbed eg; sleeping or watching a movie or let's face it...just not in the mood to answer it but if I left ringer on I'd feel guilty/pressured into answering (yeah i feel guilty over most things ND I'm not catholic or Jewish so go figure😏..sorry. )I also like that I can turn the volume up so I can hear the caller better. I have tinnitus so my hearing isn't great most of time. I haven't had to turn it up yet though and sound is clear enough ND doesn't sound tinny etc. I still keep looking at the phone, i love the sleek look of this phone, I've seen a lot of styles in my 5 + decades ND this has always been my fav. It's comfortable to hold either in your hand or by your ear ND shoulder if you need your hands to write a message etc or deal with kids/or my case the cat now. Oh that's another feature it doesn't have..speaker phone/hands free talking. Shame I do miss that. So yes it's expensive. So weight up your pro's nd con's before buying. There are other style "retro"🙄 phones that have all the features this one doesn't for same money'ish. But I can't speak of their quality's. Don't ditch the landline..it doesn't need charging all the time, or good signal...so as ET said "phone home", well someone's home and remind them that someone is not just thinking of them but wants to know how they really are. Put the world to rights, laugh ND maybe cry, but always try to leave them with a smile as you both say "bye,talk soon".😊

Absolutely love the look of this phone and color. Very light weight but that aside the phone itself works great.

I liked the phone and colour, only I did want the colour blue but it was not available. But pleased with my phone it brings back memories.
