Excellent! I got my blood work done this week and everything is perfectly balanced, thanks to this Shinyleaf Multivitamin. The bottle does have that vitamin smell but the vitamin itself does not give an after taste or smell. They're capsules so they're easy to swallow. Take WITH food, this is highly recommended. I am so pleased with these vitamins, definitely worth it!

Like this pill, but if they keep raising prices, gonna switch.

Easy to swallow once-daily gelatin caps. Reasonably priced. Will update review if my bloodwork shows a related deficiency. It’s all about the numbers!

I unfortunately got parosmia which is a long-term effect of Covid. It lasted for over seven months. During that time many days I was only able to eat 400 to 600 cal. I was seriously lacking nutrients. Because I have considered bariatric surgery in the past, I remembered there were vitamins for patients. . So these came in very handy for me. I wasn’t able to eat the protein supplements like shakes etc. because they still smelled and tasted bad. These don’t smell the best, but it’s not the same as trying to eat them. So these were very doable for me. They’re bigger than I would like, and again they smell a little strong, but that’s to be expected with a lot of vitamins in them. I basically took them for the iron.
