Sharp knife!
I did not buy it off Amazon, I received one as a gift from my friends. I can assure you that you wont be disappointed with this knife. it is very sharp and light weight, simple & elegant design, I love it so much. I see some review mentioned that their knives got rusted but mine did not. I wash and dry them right away every time. I only sharpened it once after 1.5 year, using regular sharpener stone bar, and it works like a charm again. Recommended!

安い包丁が切れにくくなったので購入。 1万超えのあたりと迷いましたが、上手に研いだりもできないのでまずは気軽にとこちらを購入。 めちゃくちゃ切れます。 びっくりしました。 もっと高いのなんてどうなってしまうのか。 どうも先のほうは切れ残ってしまう感がありますが、慣れれば問題なし。 オールステンレスは滑って落としてしまうかなと心配でしたが、そちらも意外と問題ありません。 日頃使うものだからこそ使いやすさと手入れのしやすさを両立できるのはすばらしいです。 この価格でこのクオリティはもはやですね。 大満足です。
