Received both very quickly. Upon initial inspection they appear to be very sturdy. I routed my chest rig straps through them. Once I get my bib integration kit I will see how compatible it is with the mounting straps for that. And after that I will run some drills to make sure they can hold up to. But overall very impressed with the items. They are comfortable and cover the full length of my chest rig straps so they don't ride up or down.

Really great product as advertised. Well worth the price. Awesome quality. Great buy. Very Sturdy been using for a year or more now.

I have two Matin M-6486 Curved Design Air Cushion Pads, which are ever so slightly and arguably better. EXCEPT, this is longer, so works better for a larger bag or strap e.g. a larger messenger bag or computer bag or ruck sack, as opposed to a camera or man bag. The cushioning is very good and comes in a range of colours so blends with the strap (which the Mattin doesnt unless your strap is black). It doesnt have the blister grips the Mattin does, so grips (slightly) less well (which has + and -'s, you may want some movement). Maybe, it looks more military like so isnt as formal or smart as the Matin (colour aside), but equally could be more "cool". Excellent product, but it's a toss up with the Matin - if you like the +'s above, go for this, consider the Matin as an alternative or visa versa.....

I ordered these pads for my AR500 Testudo Gen 2 plate carrier, as I'm a bigger guy and need the straps on the vest run out as long as they'll go. While the standard pads issued with the vest breathe really well and are very comfortable, they don't protect against the hard parts of the shoulder straps such as the plastic buckles near the back.These are long enough to cover those buckles and tuck an inch or two behind the front and back plates. Extremely comfortable, relatively good breathability, good color match, and they don't move around on the vest because their size is adequate.The only negatives I can pick out are 1. The velcro straps that attach the pads to the shoulder straps are a little on the lighter side when it comes to material weight and durability. I haven't had durability issues, but I can feel that they would be better if they were stiffer or thicker and more solidly built. 2. Everything padded can be more breathable. I have worn these it hot weather and they aren't bad at all, but adding some mesh layers to them like the AR500 pads have would make them even better. Hardly a negative, to be honest.

I purchased two of these Hazard 4 Deluxe Shoulder Strap Pad with Molle Top for my DUI weight harness for SCUBA diving. The straps that came on my DUI harness were thin, 1.75" straps that really dug into my shoulders when I put 25 lbs of weight in the harness.These shoulder straps fit nicely onto the straps of the harness and provided ample cushioning without adding too much bulk to the whole kit. The Velcro is very strong and fits the 1.75" straps well without their being too little or much space for movement.Overall, I am very impressed with these shoulder straps and their construction. They look very cool on my DUI harness (giving it a more technical/military look) and actually work, which is the best quality in product! Lol...
