These are perfect for my feet, they provide good arch support and have helped with my planta fasciitis whilst also being comfy. I went to Norway earlier in the year and popped these in my snow boots and was able to walk for miles without any foot pain or even thinking about my feet. It was almost like instant relief when I started to wear them, they are slightly padded so are comfy to wear whilst also offering proper arch support. My children now also wear these and they have provided relief for their feet, one of which is flat footed and the other was wearing a top brand gel insole that was not helping her in the slightest. I can't rate these highly enough, I hope Amazon always stock these. I only have 1 pair but swap them out between shoes so they are very durable and great value for money. Just make sure that you measure your feet using the guide to make sure that the arch is in the correct place.

I use them in my slippers as I wear them most. They’re Nice and soft but as for the arch support, it doesn’t help at all.

Been using these since April this year and just bought another set to go into my new pair of Vans. They've been absolutely amazing for doing 20k walks into the city and back while the regular insoles my Vans typically use tend to give me blisters on the heel of my feet after about half that distance. These are absolutely fantastic and have made my current pair of trainers my go-to for just about everything including hikes. They just slide in place and I haven't found them moving around or feeling out of place in the past few months of use They do add a little extra height but they do offer support for the arch of the foot but they have definitely made my shoes last longer. Originally I bought a set because the insoles in my Puma's were falling apart and I didn't want to part with them but they gave them new life and lasted an extra 2 months which these insoles and now I can't have a pair of trainers without them These have been super comfy and seem to support the ridge of the foot and the heel very nicely and they've lasted in my current set of trainers since April. They're probably still absolutely fine to use in my new pair of trainers after all these months of wear which is quite impressive considering I do at least an hour per day of walking between my house and work every day

These insoles offer much better support than the original ones in my work boots. They made my shoes feel a bit tight at first, but got more comfortable after some use. I can now stand longer—over 8 hours—with reduced heel pain. Still not perfect, as I do feel some discomfort by the end of the shift, but definitely an upgrade. Worth trying if you’re on your feet all day.

Al principio dudé porque hay reseñas realmente preocupantes pero es todo un acierto para mí, con pie plano; para otras dolencias no lo sé. Me ha quitado el dolor en las rodillas en los primeros pasos, increible. Aparecen otros dolores pero es lógico, al modificar la pisada usas otras cosas que antes no, por eso te dolian otras cosas de pisar mal. Se quitan al día siguiente. El primer día se siente muy raro porque corrige desde casi el final del talón justo debajo del tobillo, entonces parece que no coincide el semicírculo donde se supone que debería ir, pero después te das cuenta que funciona. Al segundo día ya no lo notas. Es verdad que son gorditas y que no caben en todos los zapatos pero es que son plantillas, ocupan un lugar; hay que quitar las plantillas originales del zapato para poner éstas. Las he tenido también (de otra marca) de las que solo traen el plástico con la forma del arco pero son durísimas y no se pueden usar. En cambio estás, son super cómodas con el arco rígido y luego la capa acolchada. La esponjita del talón es un puntazo y la talla es muy acertada, con 24'5cm de pie no me hizo falta cortar la 38/39, entra perfecta en las Skechers del mismo número. En otros zapatos costará un poco más pero al final el zapato dará de si. Cuando se usan plantillas ortopédicas ya se sabe que hay que comprar los zapatos 1 número más grandes. Definitivamente no conozco ninguna plantilla para zapatos de tacón porque estos cogen muy poco el pie y es imposible meter nada. Edito para agregar que, aunque no es culpa de la plantilla, las Skechers han dado mucho de sí y ya no cumplen la misma función por lo que recomiendo usar las plantillas en calzado algo más rígido ( las mías son de malla) para que la pared del zapato de soporte.

Solette comode, sostengono bene il piede per chi come me ha il piede pronato. Anche le scarpe calzano meglio, come avessi il collo del piede più alto.

Super semelle soulage bien les pieds qui restent longtemps debout et qui avait mal ! Depuis j'ai des semelle orthopédique mais dépanne vraiment bien !
