CXWXC Road/MTB Bike Pedals - Aluminum Alloy Bicycle Pedals - Mountain Bike Pedal with Removable Anti-Skid Nails

I recently picked up these CXWXC bike pedals to upgrade my current setup, and I have to say, they are absolutely spot on. If you're looking for an excellent pedal without spending a fortune, these are well worth a look. First Impressions & Fitting Right out of the box, they feel incredibly sturdy. The aluminium alloy gives them a really premium, solid weight without being overly heavy on the bike. Fitting them was a complete doddle—just a standard swap with a pedal spanner, and I was ready to go in minutes with absolutely no faffing about. Practical Use & Grip Out on the road and tackling a few muddy trails, the performance is exactly what you want. The removable anti-skid nails are genuinely brilliant; they grip onto your trainers perfectly so your feet don't slip, even in typical wet British weather. The bearings feel smooth, and they spin nicely without any grinding or stiffness. A minor tip: it's always worth double-checking that the removable pins are tightened up properly before your first ride, just to be on the safe side. The Verdict Overall, these are an excellent set of pedals that do exactly what they say on the tin. They look the part, perform brilliantly, and offer fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent size for cycling flat shoes, both on and off road feet stay put, good grip in wet or dry weather, good quality bearings pedals look and feel strong. I’ve had them quite a while now and they still look and feel brand new. Won’t hesitate to buy again if ever I have to, such as damage due fall or third party ie., a car if you know what I mean. I can’t see any other reason to want to change them. I highly recommend both the manufacturer and pedals.

These pedals have a good weight to them and look and feel good quality. Easy to fit and work very well. The pins give good grip, almost too good as a slight foot movement is not always easy. Very pleased with the pedals so far.

These pedals look good and appear to be well made. I bought them for a road bike and selected them because the spikes are not so sharp as to cause damage to shoes. However, they still grip very well. So far, I am pleased with my purchase.

Really impressed by these pedals. I didn't know what to expect but there lovely to pedal and plenty of grip, quite light but sturdy.

Certainly, look the part, thin, light and robust with pedal reflector that doesn't get knowed off. Only problem is I found they took some breaking in and still don't spin as freely as other pedals I have used but not too bad now.
