title says 15 sets so is this a total of 30 pieces>?

I used these on older Ford pickup tailgates. On tailgates there is a left side rod and a right side rod that's why the pairs 1 clip is a right side and 1 clip is a left side that's why the 15 pairs of left and right, 30 total. I believe the rod is 3/32's.
