The perfect coffee maker for all your large events!
Perfect for large events! We have purchased multiple coffee urns both in the 100-cup size and the 120-cup size and they are fabulous! It is easy to use, takes about 50 minutes to brew and keeps warm for several hours, even after it’s unplugged. The filter basket is great, no paper filters needed, just use a bigger grind coffee for best results. Their customer service is wonderful as well! I had reached out to address an issue that came up with one of the coffee machines and they were very helpful, we got it resolved in a timely manner. I am very happy with my purchase, we have recommended this brand and model to several friends and even purchased a couple for our church to use for community events.

Excellent Warranty and Customer Service.
I purchased the SYBO Electric Coffee Urn (Model SR–CP–100B) on September 2, 2024, and it performed well until it unexpectedly stopped working. While product issues can happen with any brand, what really matters is how a company responds– and SYBO exceeded my expectations. Their two-year warranty is impressive, and the replacement process was simple. When I contacted customer support, they promptly explained what documentation they needed: a copy of my invoice, a photo of the label on the back of the unit, a video showing that the coffee urn was not functioning, and verification that the electrical outlet had power. The customer service team was amazing; once I submitted everything, they quickly approved a replacement. It’s refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products and provides such excellent customer service. Because of their outstanding warranty support and commitment to customer satisfaction, I would not hesitate to purchase SYBO products again. Highly recommend!!!
