Q: Size 3xl (xxxl) measures how many inches/centimeters from armpit to armpit when laying flat?

Hello Thank you for your enquiry. The sizes of the following product are as follows: Garment Size (Chest): Small 38"; Medium 40"; Large 42"; XL 44"; XXL46"; 3XL 52" From armpit to armpit laying flat it would measure half the above value for any given size. Hope this helps.
