Only got one in a 2-pack (updated)
[ update! The Guard Dog Security company reached out and offered to fix this issue by sending in a pepper spray to make up for the mishap. Very professional and kind customer service. Thank you! ]Be aware this product does not accept any returns or replacement. I opened the box to find two outer shells, but only one had pepper spray in it. I’m unsure if it was a manufacturing defect or if I was misled by the product description.
