11 in men what is the true size fir hipline ?

I believe it’s up to the body structure. I have a Men’s 12. It was tight in the crouch gusset and if you want to stoop, it was restricting, but then again, I do not have a girlish figure. 😲😂😂😂😂. I hope this helps. Rick

Not really sure what you are wanting to know. The boots that fit over (you have to have those separately) aren't water tight. How well they fit will depend on how close the water-proof stocking part of the waders fit your feet. Some brands have stockings that are generic and are too big and thus the boots don't fit well. So when searching, pay attention to the stocking part size. These fit my wife perfectly, by the way. Dark Lightning customer service was timely in answering questions.
