I bought it to replace the cuff that comes with the CVS BP monitor. The CVS cuff covered my wife's arm from the elbow to the shoulder and wrapped around her arm with a foot of cuff left over. This one fits her much better. Not sure how accurate the readings actually are as it's not paired with the machine it was made for, sometimes the readings are so high that if they were accurate she'd be dead so we take a second reading and it comes out in the average to low range. I considered buying the machine it is made for until I saw the price so we'll make do with it as is.

The cuff I received is the exact same quality as the original, which is excellent. I had lost weight and needed the medium cuff instead of the large. It came with instruction booklet and installed VERY easily. I mean, within seconds I was using it and it works great. I love the steel loop that holds a portion of the cuff in place while you are wrapping it around your arm. This makes it so very easy to use by yourself. I highly recommend this product and Lifesource products in general. You get HIGH quality for a reasonable price. Worth every penny.

Before purchasing this, I did not realize you have to measure your arm to get the specific size, or it will be inaccurate. One size does not fit all. Go online before ordering and make sure it is the right size. There are instructions telling you how to fit it to your arm. I would recommend this product as a replacement for a worn cuff.

I have the LifeSource UA-789 monitor that comes with the XL cuff. I lost a lot of weight recently (yay!) and now have a 16.25" upper arm. The XL cuff is too big according to the markings on the cuff.I noticed the XL cuff was taking a longer time to pump up and I was getting a lot of double-pump, retake measurements with errors. I also noticed a lot of inconsistency between measurements on the same arm and between right and left arms (the monitor is intended for the left arm only, but I take both because I'm paranoid).This new cuff snaps right in to the UA-789 with no fuss. My arm size is well within the range marked on the cuff. Immediately I noticed an improvement with the monitor. The cuff pumps up in about half the time (because it's smaller) and the readings are now super consistent both between measurements on the same arm and between right and left.Overall, I'm super happy with this cuff. It's like I got a new blood pressure monitor for a small fraction of the price.

I ordered the brand that matched my blood pressure machine. Paid more to get it here fast. 4 days late, wrong size and opened. Took over 2 weeks to get right one, which didn't work. Needed it fast because I had a stroke when my pressure got too low. Need to take pressure 3x a day. Very disappointed.

Works great, the cuff is easy to use and stays tight. I wish my unit came with this cuff.

Easy to use cuff that’s simple to install onto an existing monitor. Make sure you’re using the right cuff size. I got a medium with my machine and for months wondered why my blood pressure was so high. When I saw the doctor in person and they suggested a large cuff after getting my lowest reading in 7 months sat in the doctors office it was a game changer.
