It works!
This transceiver is one of the few 3rd party SFPs for Mikrotik devices that supports auto-negotiation for link speed snd duplex. Great price too! Highly recommend!

Nice hot-pluggable SFP unit
Easy to use and configure. Was recognized immediately by the HP switch and able to connect it to my main network via fiber to my main network (using extreme networks).

Works with Unifi / Ubiquiti
This works on a Unifi Dream Machine Pro (UDM Pro) and a 24 PoE Pro switch. Haven't had any problems, just plugged it in and it turned the SFP port into a RJ45 Ethernet port.

Good price for a 1G SFP that's HP compatible!
I thought I was getting a 10G...got confused with the number of zeros in the description...totaly my fault. That being said this SFP is working great with my HP Aruba switch. No errors when installed. It's talking perfectly to another SFP that's Ubiquiti branded connected to my router. So no issues mixing brands for me. I'm running my entire network through this fiber line.

Easy to use, compatible with none band name switch
I have a 8 port POE switch with 2 uplink ports that are SFP ports instead of more common RJ45 Ethernet ports.Since I don't want to waste POE for uplink, I came across this SFP to RJ45 module. To install it is like other SFP module, just plug it in to the SFP port, connect a RJ45 Ethernet cable, and everything works as expected.Despite the product only mentioned limited number of compatible devices, it has no problem to work with a none brand name POE switch.Overall, a low cost easy to use solution to connect RJ45 Ethernet to a SFP port.

OPSTRAN 1000BASE-SX SFP Transceiver Module
Seems to work great. Used it to run fiber between a Unifi USW-Aggregation and a USW-24-PoE and it negotiated 1gb/s and worked perfectly fine. The Unifi switch recognized it right away with no issues.

Works well
Tried this with two different brands of switch and worked well. Speed is consistent with gigabit as well.

Does what it should, for a decent price.
I've had mixed results with off-brand SFP modules, but was happy to see that this worked right away in my TrendNet 10G switch. The connection is stable, and it reports proper DDM metrics. The only unusual aspect I saw is that it reports as a 10G-SR module and noncompliance on the Ethernet side, as far as the switch reports are concerned. But functionally, it works like a plain GBIC.
