mine did not have a free sample of the patch.

hopefully this is an easy open cap

NOT easy open cap. I got the lid off one time. Used the cream and foolishly replaced the cap. Never to be removed again. Impossible to remove.

Is blu emu good for pinged nerves?

I'm not sure about that but I do know it has helped with issues with a surgery that didn't go well and one that Iwas constantly having discomfort from.
