The product looks good but is almost impossible to open. The zippers are very tight and of poor quality. Within a few weeks one of the zipper heads broke. Complete waste of money. I do not recommend this product.

The item is slightly oversized, as it was touching on my leg while cycling, and I found the zipper a bit challenging to open and close.

It's both hight quality & good looking!

Told me they would be sending me out a new bag which I would be receiving 3/1/21 - I actually got the new bag on 3/27/21!Thank you Rockbros!UPDATE: 2/24/21Getting ready to load up my new bag for the first time and the zipper on the right side broke. It seemed tighter than mentioned in my initial review that follows and as I was trying to open it...snap - the rubber part came off in my fingers.I've seen two other posts where customers have run into the same problem. It is a nice bag and even though the zipper fob did break, the bag is still useful, just a little harder to open and close.ORIGINAL POSTI like the hard case and the amount of space it offers in such a compact size. There are two compartments - one large, one small - on each side of the case with zippers. The larger side has an impressive amount of space to hold tools, first aide, sun screen etc. , while the smaller side is more for a wallet, phone, keys etc.Mounted on my 2020 Giant Sedona. I was concerned about the clip mount fitting with the springs on the rear of the seat - it's tight, but it fit.The zippers operate pretty smoothly, but are a little tight around the curves when closing all the way (see video); a little soap may help. Obviously, I was only using one hand to operate the zippers while recording and they do operate easier using two hands. I'm sure the more they're used, the smoother they will become.The case appears to be well made and should hold up well. I like that in addition to the under seat mounting clip, there is also a velcro strap that holds the case to the seat post, so the chances of losing this while riding is not of concern.As always, I will update if this product fails in any way.

Update: after I wrote this review about poor quality zipper that broke, Rock Brothers reached out the next day to resolve the matter. I own many Rock Brothers products. Now I'm even more impresses.Plenty of room. Cheap zippers. Also wish there were 2 zippers on each side. But it's moot because the bag is useless without a usable zipper.

Lots of room, easy to mount, looks good.Zippers were a little hard to work - needed some lube

Although I had to return the bag because it did not fit my bike, the bag itself was extremely high quality bag, the connection to the seat and the bag were very nice and easy to install.

A lot more room than I anticipated, kept water and humidity out, and very durable. I used this for ALC 2024 and it was amazing. I highly recommend this!
